Opening - Senior Technical Engineer
Currently, we are seeking a Computer Security Senior Network Engineer. Primary responsibilities include the delivery of a standard and secure IT computing framework meeting customer's global business needs. This encompasses the development and implementation of information systems security controls, best practices, policies and standards. Works with customer's IT Services infrastructure and applications teams; service delivery partners; and business clients to assist with the design, compliance and eventually the implementation of new security solutions. Provides systems counsel relative to business problems and ensures that the strategic direction of the company is followed in tactical decisions.Key accountabilities include: Provide advanced technical support across a wide range of platforms including firewall, Active Directory, Remote Access, PKI, Anti-Virus, web content filtering, and Microsoft Server Security. Lead/assist large projects or a number of smaller projects simultaneously, or be a senior team member on a large project with significant business impact. International business and Information Technology experience with 5-10 years applied experience with infrastructure deployment and operational support. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills with a thorough understanding of the Network Security area.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience supporting network security related products and services sales. Knowledge of IDS/IPS/Firewalls configuration and management and a CISSP is a plus. The job requires the ability to create and deliver presentations, oversee evaluations, lead white boarding sessions, and offer other skills that translate complex technology into problem solutions.

Also, the Network Security Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, analyzing and detecting security events for a large, enterprise network. Candidates will be interfacing with customer's IT systems and will be improving the functionality of management system.
In addition, good hands-on experience with Network Security Technologies / Firewalls (VPN, CheckPoint, PIX, Juniper/NetScreen). Candidates must also be able to interpret network and firewall logs / syslogs.

A technology generalist who is as comfortable providing phone and desktop support to our end-users as administering our network, servers, and e-mail infrastructure. You’ll need the technical know-how to work with a small team on a wide range of operations, and the customer service and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.
Duties include: maintenance of LAN/WAN internet and VPN connectivity, management of routers/firewalls/switches, management network interfaces, maintenance of computer and network security, creation and management of back-ups, and implementation of system and software upgrades and patches.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years experience as a Network Administrator or similar position, experience with IT networks, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and a well-rounded scope of knowledge with excellent customer service skills. The candidate must also be able to prioritize tasks and resolve problems across the IS/IT spectrum.
